Estate Sales sales can take a week to three weeks depending on the size of the estate. Pelican Cleaning Service will manage the Estate Sale from start to finish no matter how big or small. Estate sales are held on owner’s premises with all items categorized, displayed, tagged and priced.

Pelican Cleaning Services will prep the home contents for the Estate Sale. Which includes cleaning potential sale items, pricing items, and arranging items for sale.

We will advertise the Estate Sale in the local newspaper , Craigslist and the Community Board (if available). On the day of the sale, directional signs will be placed from the main road to the Estate Sale.

Once the Estate Sale is complete; the remaining items will be distributed as agreed upon with the family ( ie. local church, Goodwill etc....).
