We will clean the bathrooms, kitchen, dust furniture, clean glass
top furniture and ensure the rest of the home is ready for the next tenant.
End-of-Year Rental Service:
You will receive our "ABOVE THE CALL OF "DIRTY" SERVICE" plus we clean the stove and refrigerator
inside and out. The refrigerator temperature is reset to higher then normal setting or we can unplug the
refrigerator and leave the doors open. The home thermostat temperature is reset to your requested temperature. All
light bulbs are checked and replaced if needed. (Additional charge for new bulbs) All windows and doors are checked
for working condition.
